Great video mate. I think that I'd have wrapped it when you first inspected it, then open it about about 30 minutes towards the end. The camera makes it look quite dry 👍🏻
The usual trip to the butchers on Thursday will now include beef ribs. I try not to turn it to charcoal like I did with the shin beef last week end. Thanks once again Tom – God I feel hungry!
