Perfectly cooked! So glad you showed how to saute & then add meat, wasn't sure how to transition that. Is a dog panting in the background? Hope he got those yunny bones. My 2 questions: 1. How many pounds to cook for 70 min? 2. What is your veggie slicer/dicer called? I want one, perfection. Side note: hopefully, 'mama' got u an automatic pepper grinder for xmas. It'll save your wrists. Off to find some 'pink' salt, then gonna try to get same dinner on my table, fingers crossed. Thank you.

I have never seen a standing rib roast carved like that in my life. and those potatoes had to be mush after 70 minutes. plus the bottom of that pot must have looked like the top of his solid surface cook top with those carrots and onions all burnt to the bottom. added potatoes that were all slimed up because he didn't have them soaking in water. whew

I have been a butcher for 23 years…this made me scream at my monitor…this man is lucky i don't live near him. After bitch-slapping that knife outta his hand, I would take all the knives out of his house….He is not worthy to own cutlery
