    Where does one get beef bones! I make ALL my soup bases “broths” with very thoroughly cooked fresh bones with all the good connective tissue and marrow present. I like my broth to be a gel when cold…but with the loss of butchers, I am losing all of my techniques PLUS the collagen and other benefits, such as minerals, that come from the bones.
