I love you chef john;-*
Nothing like Beef Goulash at Mr. Plinkett's house.
I made this dish tonight for Sunday dinner. It was awesome. So rich and flavorful. One of my best dishes ever. I did add 1/2 cup of red wine and carrots. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Delicious recipe but it's not hungarian goulash! (I'm hungarian.) That's not how goulash is made in Hungary
, it's rather the Czech or German version.
The hungarian goulash unimaginable without vegetables (carrots, potatoes, etc.) and never serve this with noodles , only with bread.
Looks so good! My Grandma used to make this OMG so delicious and she did serve it over noodles.
I would love to try this with some rice. that sauce form the goulash looks amazing.
This is pörkölt not gulyás
Yaaaas that's how I make it! Some fresh hot bread out of the oven goes best with it…mmmmm…mmm 😋
I love the way u present
Looks like someone dropped the kids off & then shot their bolt on it.
Just tried this….simple but delicious! Thank you, I have subscribed.👍
It must be delicious, but it cannot do anything with Goulash.
I am curious, why chicken broth and not beef broth?
if fonds are good why was none stick invented?

Austria and Hungary are very different countries but they do both make and eat alot of goulash. But so does the entirety of Central and especially Eastern Europe. Austria is very much in between Central and Eastern Europe and that is reflected in the food.
What most we "Okie" – type Americans refer to as "goulash" is a far cry from this delectable dish!
I'm Serbian and grew up eating goulash yummo
Only 30 seconds in and I'm already screaming 🙂
1. There is no sour cream on goulash.
2. It's not served with pasta.
3. There is no Austrian goulash. Come on 🙂
4. How could it be the sane thing – Austria and Hungary are like and Apple and orange -two absolutanente different everything 🙂
Sorry sir I had to say it 🙂
Actually went to hungry, just so you know paprika is the main ingredient in goulash, so…
What about the mushrooms.
