    Seriously impressed how there are so many perfect specimens walking around out there that can so readily offer their opinions on our mannerisms, tics and flaws. I was always comforted by the fact that if I chose to ignore my own flaws a good Samaritan would come along and point them out to me. What if you had an issue with dry eyes, an animal hair or maybe an eyelash? Bat those eyelashes, girl! I do, it draws attention to my baby blues!

    NEVER apologize for the ”eye blinking” or ANYTHING else that is unique to Rachel!!! As a matter of fact, I have always thought it was adorable and somehow endearing.     I have to try the dry brine method with chicken wings! I love crispy skin. Thanks for the pep talk about stress and weight. I've been strict ketovore for eight months now and the scale has hardly moved. It's discouraging at times. I have to think about all my NSVs and remember that I am still making progress.

    finding out that the almond, pecan and chocolate chip cookies i made are high in oxalates and causing me to get up 4 times a night to pee. just learned this watching Sally K. Norton interview on oxalates. in case this helps anyone else.

    Those wings, 😳 I need to get some. I keep getting thighs instead. My, how the price of the thighs has jumped! You're giving this oven a workout. It's seeming up to whatever you throw in there.
