    Julia Childs would be super happy with you if she was still alive you nailed this recipe to perfection as you always adapting it to busy families that don’t have four hours time to cook in the kitchen. I am so happy after you browned that delicious beef that you recommended the French Pinot Noir to add and deglaze the pan my favorite part I love cooking beef with red red wine. Then you added all my favorite ingredients the herb thyme tomato paste and I think my favorite part the buttered and browned mushrooms. This recipe is definitely a keeper for the Insta pot just fabulous
