Hi, Jennifer & Miss Sheila, I've made this before & have a tip for you, for the tomato paste you don't need to open a whole 6oz. can of the paste the stores sell it in a tube like toothpaste. just squeeze out what you need & put the rest back in the fridge!! nothing wasted!!

I really need to get an instant pot. This looks awesome. Just a tip, if you dredge the beef in flour, before searing, you won't need the slurry.
Also, after searing, sprinkling a bit more flour in and blending with the juices will do the trick. But your end result looks fab. Talk about a great shortcut. Instant pot is the way to go! YUM!

Is that an 8qt Insta Pot? I have a 6qt, so I might need to trim the recipe a little. Y'all like peanut butter and chocolate… How about making a Peanut butter and chocolate cheese cake. In the Instapot! I've made 5 or 6 different flavors of cheesecake in my pressure cooker. They are so delicious, quick and easy!
PS I love those red fingernails! 😁

Just a side note and not a critique. It got its name from the use of a burgundy wine. Burgundy is a wine growing area in Eastern France famous for their Red Wine, a Pinot Noir and a white as well that is a chardonnay. This dish got its name with the Red Burgundy and may be a further enhancer if used. Great job Ladies and a lot of fun!
