Richard, great job & one of our fave foods, I add beef base & thicken up with corn starch for a thick gravy, frozen nuked peas on the side, never made it in a slow cooker but will try this way, I use cubed chuck roast or sirloin for the meats
Beef broth would be good in this as well.
