I first tried the coffee ribs in SG. Sa isang family owned resto. I forgot the name pero mukhang na recognize ung resto nila madami newspaper and naka receive sila awards. Anyway, coffee ribs is really good. I'll try your version Chef RV. Watching from Alberta, Canada.
