I made the pork and slaw for dinner today and it was excellent! My Dude said that everything was slightly different but over the top great compared to our regular pulled bbq pork and slaw (Carolina style). Thank you for helping me push my envelope!

Looks like a winner from my vantage point. I adore pulled pork all its different cultural variations. But this version you've made seems like a dependable, no-hassle option for those days when one is already juggling a half-dozen balls and even one more could prove disastrous. Thanks, Flo and Dude!

First time watching your channel. Definitely wonโ€™t be the last!! Iโ€™m elderly and only own a pressure cooker, but I think it will work perfectly for this recipe. I always add a bit of sweet pickle juice to the mayo for the slaw. Iโ€™m going to check out your other videos.

Wow, I cooked the same thing last night in my Crock Pot Express. I used what was labeled as "country style ribs", It's just pork shoulder cut into thick strips. I used Kraft slow cooker sauce, Original Pulled BBQ flavor, which is pretty good. It's sweet, but also very tangy.

I really like a crusty bread, and I would definitely eat this, but I'm from Alabama and can say with certainty that Dude is right. Pulled pork sandwiches require a brioche bun that has been grilled in butter on the inside.

Looks good. I like the crunch that came with the taste, plus the roll would absorb juices from the pork and slaw. I think the brioche bun may have been too rich, but to each their own. I also was like, instead of mayo, homemade greek yogurt could've been used for the slaw. For more heat, DUDE could've had pickled jalapeno slices on his sandwich.

Omg Flo a bottled bbq sauce? Really? Just teasing ya๐Ÿ˜Ž looks awesome and I will try soon. Have to say Dude made me laugh at the beginning of the taste and I found the whole video a breath of fresh barbecued air๐Ÿ˜Š

I'm late… It looks awesome. I like the bone in pork vs. boneless. The bone adds more flavour. The insta pot will pull the meat off of the bone. I have not tried the Guy Fieri sauce but anything mesquite works for me.๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ˜

Looks delicious! I think that I will likely put half of a sliced onion in with the pork while it cooks, then use the immersion blender to blend the onion and garlic into the sauce.

Great recipe! I grew up in the south and prefer to have slaw on my pulled pork along with a little extra sauce. No pickles. I have done sweet pickled onions which is amazing by the way. One suggestion for the next time you do these sandwiches. Lightly butter and toast the bun. It adds another layer of flavor and texture.

When you're really pressed for time and trying to shred your pork or chicken in a hurry, just use an electric mixer with the standard 4 tine beaters that you always fought over with your siblings to lick off the cake batter. It'll shred it perfectly on low and won't break down the fibers.

I have been following your cooking in YouTube since 2 years ago while lived in Phoenix, AZ.
I've recently moved to Vancouver BC and realized how pricy stuffs cost in Vancouver.
Apparently, chicken drumsticks are the best priced item among others.
Do you have any good recipes of chicken drumsticks?

    Thank you !

Oh my gosh this looks so good! My mistake was watching this so intently while making my own dinner, that I forgot to put my chopped onion and garlic in my meatloaf recipe tonight. I don't think hubby will notice – Mom's the word! I also happened to prepare a coleslaw to go with it; slightly different recipe, but don't we all have our own go to recipes for that? Great video Flo – and Dude – great description and I would agree about the brioche buns, I try to buy them as much as possible for my burgers etc. lately. They are so tasty! Thanks again for this Flo, love your videos!

Looks yummy!ยก Sometimes with crunchy or not so fresh rolls we dip the bun into the sauce, cut side down, like when you make french dip sandwiches. It totally looks so yummy Flo and Dude. Have a great day.

Yum. In the mid-south they put slaw on their bbq sammies. I like the cool, creamy juxtaposition it provides to the smoky tangy/sweet pork and sauce. Itโ€™s a classic! Pulled pork sandwiches are pure comfort.
