Your homemade bbq sauce looks fantastic! I can't grill inside because of my smoke detectors… My house is very untraditional with irregular vaulted ceilings. I have an exhaust fan above my stove, but it doesn't blow out if the house, it blows up to the ceiling and into the house. I'd ruin the look adding a steel pipe to exhaust the smoke outside. I'd live to be able to grill like that indoors. Philips has a smokeless indoor grill that I'm sure you've seen. I'm considering it, but it's pricey. It's a nice option to grill year round indoors.
