Buy better liquid smoke if yours is artificial. Real liquid smoke is literally smoke bubbled through water to capture the flavor. You can make it at home with a grill and a little ingenuity.

Why did I watch this thing just before I went to bed, dammit. Oh and pretty pleeeeeeeeease shorten worcestershire sauce to "wuss" like how we pronounce it in the UK. It would lower the blood pressure of us UK watchers. Love from London xxx

Haha! Brian, I always get a good hearty laugh when you drink something you're not supposed to straight from the bottle. I can't believe you drank the liquid smoke!

Enjoyed the video and your content in general. I rarely comment but felt compelled to offer up a small suggestion. I really wouldn't use the word "sick". It sounds really corny coming from an older adult and it also doesn't sound good anywhere around food. Just trying to offer some constructive criticism. Cheers

I ordered a pizza just like this the other day and got a bit of pineapple added on it and it was so good. I really want to make a thai style pizza with thai basil, chicken thigh, maybe thai eggplant and that japanese bbq sauce or a a curry sauce. That would also probably be bomb with some pineapple as well. The dough can also be mixed with stuff like lemongrass and galangal. One day…

We used to make a BBQ pizza at the shop I worked at in high school. We used a ranch/bbq sauce base. It rips and you should try it, especially as a self-respecting Midwesterner 🤙

Wright’s liquid smoke is literally condensate of smoke molecules in a solution. I find it to be a surprisingly good substitute for “indoor” bbq. B-Man is 100% right…it must be used in moderation.

Looks like you're using a pretty low hydration dough at 58.8%. Any commentary on that? I tend to go with as much hydration as I can in my pizza dough, which works out to just shy of 70%… at which point the stickiness isn't worth the hassle imo 😛 Still, most pizza doughs I see online tend to be in the 65% range. I'm curious how you settled on 58.8%!

Hey Brian! Do you have like a go to pizza dough recipe? I saw that I have collected five different recipes from you now with just slight different measurements of water or flour. Most of them with 68-69% hydration. The chicken pizza only had 62%. Thanks for a really nice put together food channel. Love your food and your wife’s editing. Keep up the nice work!

Why shouldn't this be considered not being a real pizza? Of course, it's not the most authentic Italian pizza, but who cares? It's a freakin' and fancy pizza. And if BBQ style is a sin, then start eating this gorgeous pizza 😀

That looks so good. Pizza is so versatile. I do a similar pizza but add roasted red peppers and white onion in place of red onion. It's so good. I also do a Jamaican Jerk pizza, a Buffalo Chicken pizza, and a Chicken, Spinach, Tomato with a Cream Sauce pizza. All are fire.
