America's Test Kitchen actually did an experiment with water and mushrooms. They actually soaked them in the water – don't remember for how long. But anyways, they weighed them before and after and found that they did not retain any water and I have also found that to be true.Depending on the condition of the mushrooms, sometimes I use water, sometimes just brush off. But I don't think that anyone needs to be afraid to use water around mushrooms. After all, we do marinate mushrooms in sauces and then roast them and they are fine, so a quick rinse in water is really not an issue.

Thank you for doing this video! Every time I see you do these batch videos, I learn something! I’m thinking of getting a second refrigerator/freezer in the garage. I believe yours is a side by side refrigerator, correct? We’re going to be moving to California, so I can’t wait to get those really fresh organic fruits and vegetables!

????Question about the Ninja sp301 Extend height. I don’t have much room on my counter but really want the extended height. But The measurements are 15.33x 20.21x 8.15. Do you know which way the measurements go? 8.15 tall does not seem tall enough. Since you have a ninja can you tell how wide, deep, and tall it is, please?
Also the price is 199.99 now. Do you think that is as low as it will go? I will appreciate your help.
Enjoyed this video. And thanks for the recipe. 😊

Yes…really enjoyed this video and would like to see more like this…even if you prep some of the same foods or make a muffin recipe etc that you have already made. It still is interesting to me. Thanks for all your hard work you two. Much appreciated!
