I made quite a lot of bacon too! had it with everything pretty much since I rarely eat it in general and had some in the freezer I thought I would use up plus great way to easily finish filling up if the rest wasn't quite enough

I liked the carnivore challenge! It made everything SO simple and easy prep which is good for me since I'm pretty lazy lol…definitely saving this vid for some variety next time if I feel like it 🙂

Ok so I do understand zero minutes and slow release but is the slow release an number of minutes too? I’m new at instant pot and my daughter is very picky about her eggs🤨

Chicken wings!! I did have them for lunch the next day and surprisingly they were still tasty. Warmer up some butter at work, rolled the heated up chicken wings I'm the butter and threw on some freshly grated parm. Oh ya!!!

I’m sooo happy to see this video!!! Especially now! I was supposed to do the challenge with you guys but got the stomach flu and the thought of meat made me nauseous.
    Great video!!

I air fried a whole chicken and saved the bones to make broth. I prepped egg loaf batter and cooked up like pancakes (ate them plain), did turkey burgers and my steaks I cooked on the night we ate them. This is my 2nd challenge and I'm definitely doing carnivore again, I see and feel positive changes in just these 5 days.

I struggle with doing weekday carnivore. I do well when I’m on it, but I actually gain back every pound I lost during the week when I go back to regular keto on weekends. It’s so FRUSTRATING!!

I went 90% Carnivore this past week. Carnivore all day but usually a veggie at dinner with the family. Giving up desserts was the hardest but by the end of the week I didn't miss it.
I got a Rotisserie chicken from Sam's club for a quick dinner and easy snacking through the week. I also just made meat roll ups with cream cheese. Surprisingly this challenge wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. PLUS I got the scale to move again. I have been hovering the same weight for like 3 weeks but it went down! ♥️

I definitely have an issue with my lid on my pressure cooker, and I now put my bacon grease in the frig. Everything you make always looks so good, thank you for your ideas. I am trying to stay carnivore to see the health benefits. Will see. Thank u and take care.

I love the Walmart salmon fillets and the catfish fillets. They taste fresher than the fillets at Kroger and Aldi. One thing that I really enjoyed on the carnivore challenge was canned chicken breast, bacon 🥓 topped with cheese. so easy and flavorful. Also a nice break from beef.
