    It's similar to a recipe I like to cook from time to time, except I put in diced chicken breast, sliced chorizo, vegetables (usually bell peppers but any vegetables work fine), cumin, coriander & hot chili powder, brown rice & liquid stock. I often refer to this as my 1 – pot special & it feeds up to 4 people. The actual recipe is found in a cookbook written by the Hairy Bikers, 2 famous British Chefs, you may have heard of them. It's actually a pork dish but when my mother 1st tried that recipe she felt that there was too much pork in it, so we switched 1 ingredient to chicken. It works just as well.

    チャーハンって不思議な魔力がありますよね。単品でももちろん美味しいしラーメンと一緒に食べるのも最高。

    TIPS: Adding rice at room temperature makes rice drier (not too sticky). Hot or cold is not recommended. To make your rice drier, cook 2 servings at once. Too much rice makes the fried rice moist and sticky.
