Yay thanks for the review! I was once plant based for 15 years, then went omnivore for 15 and now thanks to your Beefless Cakes book I'm vegan for life! I received the book shortly after the story of the cows slaughterhouse escape. It hit me to the core, couldn't stop thinking about the horrors. Just can't be a part of that anymore. I really did not like this. It smelled like ear wax and tasted like a mouthful of sour yeast.
