I've done this at least a couple times a week all summer long:) My kids especially ask for the peanut butter or strawberry add ins. I blend it in my Vitamix (there is an "ice cream" setting). If needed, I add a bit of cream or whole millk to get it going a bit and also add a little bit of sugar and honey for an irresistible "hot summer day" treat.
