Frying each tortilla can be time consuming and sometimes mine get too fried. I experimented a little the other day and wrapped my tortillas in a damp cloth and placed them in the microwave for 45 seconds (depends on microwave and amount of tortillas)and they come out nice and soft and SO EASY to roll and saves on time. P.S. I cannot wait to make these. I bought poblanos yesterday and I had no idea what to make with them. Now I know. 😁

This is going to be a staple recipe in my home🌟I used chicken for my protein and the combination of corn and poblano together are so flavorful. I’m so happy that I stocked up on the Nestle crema; I don’t think the recipe would have turned out so well without it…and the cheese just knocks this outta the park.
