    Good cook, CJ! I was never a fan of 'Sprouts until I had a version of them made similar to yours, but in the indoor oven. Now, add the griddle into the mix, and you've taken it over the edge…Thank you!

    This dish reminds me of Ina Garten’s Roasted Brussels Sprouts (she uses pancetta but I’ve used bacon in a pinch). I must admit your take on it was colorful. I’m an impatient person so I use the Balsamic glaze from a bottle. This will be on the menu for sure. 🦃Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃

    We love brussels sprouts on the Blackstone, but never tried them with balsamic vinegar. We’ll have to try them. We’ll head on over to Nate’s channel to get the recipe.😂 😅😢lol.
