Sounds great! I have no patience for individual foods like meatballs, though, so I’d probably end up making it into a meatloaf and calling it a day, LOL. 😂
I made some meatballs recently. I put shredded cheddar cheese in hamburger mixture, then wrapped in half slice of bacon. I will have to try cream cheese next.

Meatballs are so fun, since the possibilities are nearly endless. This combination is awesome, imho- love the crispy the air fryer gives too.
I'm thinking of using some canned salmon & sardines in place of the beef~ though I might use a little ground chicken with it. I think bacon & cream cheese would pair well in them, maybe a little white pepper.
I make these but I add shredded cheddar, haven't done the cream cheese.
I make meatballs everyday at my house for the kids! I think I can do it in my sleep lol
