    As a chef that does NOT use any yogurt or olive oil, I make mine like yours, but different lol. Sour cream, saffron oil, and I like to throw both halves of a red pepper on the tray to blister and char to top with a bit of roasted red pepper sauce. I always have tahini, though, because I love hummus/baba and love tarator sauce for fish. I get SO much negativity over my hatred of yogurt and anything olive because I'm Italian 😂😂
