My all time favorite recipe, bo kho, to eat with Banh mi. OMG, what a perfect combination. My appreciation goes out to the original creator of this dish.

    Such a great looking end product! My sister-in-law (SIL) made amazing tasting bo kho years ago. I'll have to ask her what she did different in hers. I think her broth was thicker so it clung to the baguette better. BTW, I thought most Vietnamese people only use the anatto oil so they strain out the remnants. Does leaving it in make the broth gritty at all?
