one thing I notice is the aussie and UK haul videos is the size of the packages are so much smaller than in the US. maybe if we had to buy smaller packages it would teach us to eat less. 🤷 like to see the differences in food culture!

I’m fairly sure those kookas cookies have dairy in them.
The plain jam ones are dairy free, however I’m almost certain the chocolate variety have dairy. Could be wrong but just thought I’d point it out in case of allergy.

I love the idea of a simplified meal plan. Everything sounds good. I say double the chicken curry and freeze half, then you have an easy meal for another night. I love your pretty garden view.
