    RECIPE (6 naan, 3h prep time)
    -1/3 cup (90ml) plant milk, room temp
    -1/8 cup (30ml) water, room temp
    -1 Tsp instant yeast
    -1 Tbsp sugar
    -1/4 cup (60g) vegan yogurt
    -2 cups (260g) flour
    -1 Tsp baking powder
    -a generous pinch of salt
    KNEAD 5-10mins.
    Let it rest 1-2h until doubled in size.
    Divide into 6 pieces.
    Flatten them on a floured surface.
    Garlic-“butter”:
    -1/4 cup (60g) vegan butter, melted
    -4 minced cloves garlic
    -a handful chopped parsley
    Fry the naan on one’s side in a little oil.
    Meanwhile spread some garlic butter on the surface.
    Flip when bubbles appear.
    Spread more garlic butter on the other surface.
