I'm totally with you on re-using utensils whilst batch cooking. I don't have a dishwasher either and I do the same thing. I am enjoying seeing the meals you create with the ingredients you have. I think you are doing a great job, especially if you feel your health is improving.

My mother used to make us home made spagetti using tomato soup, cheese and onion. It set in a pie dish like a cake which we were able to take to school for lunch. It would need to be modified depending on individual's dietry requirements. I buy Australian pasta for 50 cents at my local Reject Shop. Sweet curries ar delcious, your's looked good.

You may like some apple cider vinegar in your dressings. I make a carrot slaw using currents or craisins, grated carrot, parsley with a apple cider vinegar mixed with olive oil (you could miss the oil). I make a great potato dressing using gerkhin relish (or plain gerkhins) with tartare sauce (it is a commercial product however you could use vegan mayo). I'm going to try your black bean burgers. Love your videos, thank you.
