    RECIPE (8 muffins, 2h prep time):
    -3 cups (375g) all purpose flour
    -2 Tsp sugar
    -2 Tsp instant yeast
    -1 Tsp baking powder
    -a pinch of salt
    -2 Tbsp vegan butter or oil
    -3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp (200ml) lukewarm water
    Knead until it’s a soft dough (takes about 5mins).
    Let it rest for 1 hour.
    Shape into 8 balls.
    Let them rest for 40mins.
    Flatten each ball.
    Fry on medium heat 4-5mins each side until fluffy.

    Could you please discuss the breads that you eat? I am assuming you are buying vegan bread? ( didn’t know there was such a thing) Also, what brand of meat replacement is your favorite?

    You make it look so easy‼️Maybe 🤔 I’ll give it a try‼️I eat 🆘 FREE (VERY LOW SALT, NO SUGAR, NO OIL) So I’d substitute applesauce for the oil👍🏻
