Is it possible for you to transition into BBQ/catering full time, if you wanted to?
Have you had business opportunities that you had to turn down because you couldn’t fulfill them without catering full-time or hiring help?
I do understand Dash. It's like my saying " it's easy to be generous with another person's time and money ". Folks saying you should do this or buy that. I was simply asking because a few weeks back you looked like you were seriously considering getting something. And for the guys who don't understand these larger well made smokers are not something you just go to the store and get. They have to be made. I'm not sure but I believe Lonstargrillz is still about a 6 month wait. That beats Moberg and Shirley who are both about 2 years wait. I believe you were right about mentioning Ricer as a good source of information on the Pellet smokers. Myself if i was going to get a pellet it would definitely be the Lonstargrillz pellet. Heck lets get ready for Catering in 2024. Im ready for 2023 to be over. 😊
