It takes me about a week or two to adjust to the time change and it getting dark earlier. How much truck driver and so I've gone in and out of the states that you were referring to like Pennsylvania and ohio, Michigan etcetera. I haven't seen any snow yet but it got really cold yesterday and I thought it would snow but it just rained only. I'm on my way back to North Carolina for the Thanksgiving weekend! Today was the first day that when it transition between light and dark, which is actually right now as I'm r writing this, it doesn't affect me anymore. Possibly because the past couple nights I've gotten some good sleep and I think that the shorter days and longer nights mean that we need more rest.
I am in Egypt at the moment, it’s dark at five ish, nice and warm 😊

Can anyone tell me the name of chopper I saw at beginning of show with hole in rear of it to empty food? I don’t know if it’s my tv volume yet thought Kathy mentioned it for $16 somewhere. This show was so rich listening to the ladies and they are super cute couple-very happy everyone feeling elevated in spirits this week and I get so many helpful tips from everyone joining them. Such a fun show, my favourites shows are the ones with just Kathy & Cheryl. Particularly loved you both doubled over laughing as Cheryl described the flavour of chestnuts and the impromptu chestnut roasting that followed. So lovely to see you both so bright again. xx
