Love the story of your journey, and the content you provide.
It’s amazing to me that just keeping things simple on keto as you often convey, provide the most reward if we don’t give up.
Love watching whatever content you choose, and by the way the onion rings I will definitely do again so delish!
You two have encouraged me tremendously, I was thinking about stopping keto because I wasn’t losing for awhile but then I found your first video of your story and it so inspired me to continue, which helped so much I began losing again. So thank you both so much for being transparent with your story. I will continue watching, though I don’t usually comment😊
And also I ordered lmnt and that was a missing link for me as well.
Keep on keto many are cheering you on like me!🤗

Hi. Absolutely LOVE Your Videos,… but even though that I think Clean KETO, is a good thing,….. BUT Does It Matter IF Some people, like the males in our family do it? Does not the men’s health need to be as Healthy as our’s? I worry because my husband did pretty Clean Keto with me, with no tracking, but after he lost about 30 pounds, and his lab work got better,……and since then he still supported me.

I do not know all of how it works. I think that I mostly do, so I worry greatly for my husband or anyone else that still needs to worry about health! My husband is pretty skinny, but I worry over his cholesterol or other things. I just don’t want anyone to think is not important to monitor their lab work, whether they are small or not.

His labs got much better, but when he ate keto around me, but off during almost every day,……his labs were not as good, even though he is a smaller, medium height guy and decently active.

Please advise if you all or either of your guys do anything to boost your progression,……not just in weight,…but in health. Thanks So So So Much!! My husband and I have Both started watching you two. Thanks for any help/info!!

I had a Chinese crested who passed away last year. My husband found him wondering around his work. He was already neutered so we knew he belonged to someone so we posted signs and checked if he was microchiped but no response so we kept him for 6-7 years.

Your videos are always informative and fun and chill. Not tracking has helped me. I was on WW for years and obsessed about my points and would gain it all back as soon as I stopped tracking. It is freeing. As of today I have lost 60 lbs went from a size 3x to an xl in clothes. Started Keto in July '21. The most helpful staples so far have been Costco rotisserie chicken and low carb frozen dinners that I add more protein (chicken) and fresh veggies. I am able to stay under 20 carbs a day on most days. There are more and more low carb meals (Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine and Atkins) popping up in Walmart all the time. I do have a question…How many LMNT packs a day do use use on average. I got the sample pack using your link. I love them.⭐⭐

Thanks for another great video. My husband and I are both low carb eaters. Mine motivation is to keep the inflammation as low as possible and carbs cause me a lot of joint pain. Plus I have been large my whole adult life (40 years) so it is a big adjustment. The holidays are hard because of all the temptations and a lot of our traditions involve food. I work really hard to make keto versions to help.

Interesting that you mention podcasts because I listen to alot of crime podcasts and there is always one person who does the majority of the talking; makes for great listening!

Excellent video. You two are the total package. You are seriously entertaining and seriously informative. You help us stay healthy (live longer) and you help us laugh at times (live longer). My wife I have lost almost 100 lbs together and our medical checkups are great. Keep doing what you are doing, stay true to yourselves. We all love you and support you both. God bless.

Another interesting video. You never disappoint! I have friends who aren’t on keto but watch you anyway because they enjoy you so much. I use LMNT and love it and stay a little cleaner keto during week. Technically keto on weekends and got the sweatshirt too😌. Keep doing what you’re doing

You should do a LIVE. If dumpster divers can do live videos, you can. That way we can interact , ask questions, you can do a cooking video while we ask questions. Lives aren't edited but are about 45 minutes long. Do 1 every month or so. Well, I'm opinionated so I think it's a good idea. I might be wrong, but……..

I love how you each finish there others sentences. It's hysterical. I wish I could stay keto but because of CKD I can't. But I am very low carb. I just have to be low protein and low fat as well. But low carb, I use many of your recipes. Thanks for adjusting the chaffle recipe. It's lower protein than many are, and that's good for me

I have been watching you for about a year, I think? At first, I couldn't tell you apart but now I can see so many differences. You two are really up close and personal with us YouTubers we can examine your faces. You both are two beautiful women. I am thinking one of you is a wee bit more Scot and the other more Malaysian. Great combination of ethnicities. I am strictly Keto most of the time. I do throw some keto snacks when the time for a meal is not in the cards. I have lost 80 lbs and that has taken me a long time 3 years is too long but I am patient. I did have a weight gain during Covid but that is coming off. Here is my question and maybe a suggestion. I love your eye makeup. I would love to see a makeup video. Have a wonderful Christmas and many new ideas for 2022. I will be flying to Chicago to be with family and taking my laptop with me so I don't miss watching you. My goal for the holiday season is to stay Keto and
    to get into ONEDERLAND!!!

Your pup-pups are sooo adorable! I have a Japanese Chin and people always ask what she is so I have to explain. I’m tall too @ 5’9”. I’m trying to get to 150 and I’ve lost 80 lbs so far. I have 50 lbs to go and it’s soooo slow going. Thank you for your inspiring videos. I try to keep things very simple with my food. I get too confused with all the recipes out there so keeping meals simple works best for me. My husband is not keto so sometimes it’s difficult and I get tempted occasionally. Thanks again for your great videos! 💕
