That’s basically the smokehouse brisket sandwich just exchange the brisket for ribs. Smokehouse brisket is effing AMAZING!!!

Everyone is saying mayo does not belong on a BBQ sandwich. Since you ordered a second without mayo before trying it, i'm assuming you watched other videos where people were complaining about the mayo so you went into it already thinking it would not be good. However, the second you put coleslaw on a BBQ sandwich it is the best thing ever! Coleslaw is pure mayo!!! Personally I don't think mayo OR coleslaw belong on a BBQ sandwich. Great video though!! I ate this yesterday and the rib meat wasnt tender and it was very rubbery…I was disappointed af in this sandwich. I'll stick with the Beef N Cheddars 👍

You’re right. Texas BBQ screams brisket. No one puts mayo on bbq unless it’s Alabama bbq sauce. Mayo just mellows out any sauce if it’s sharing a bun.
