Are you sure you added 1/4 cup cinnamon? That's an offal lot of cinnamon. You already add 2 Tablespoons over the apples. It didn't come out of the cup like cinnamon but more like brown sugar.

You can buy a non stick pan on Amazon so you don't need to spray it. 🙂
