    Add ginger good taste and dry shitake mushroom. Make lots of sauce. After make a large batch. Pack each portion in freezer for lazy quick meals. Just fried vege (choy sum), 1 bowl instant brovil hot soup (1 teaspoon) & fry 1 egg. Cook rice first.

    I love that you gave a suggestion on what to replace the white rice wine with, sometimes us muslims want to follow recipes like this but when they use wine or alcohol we don't really know what to replace it with so we avoid the entire recipe altogether
