Your veggie packed dinner is totally going on my meal plan for the week, yum!! Needs more CARROTS. I was wondering if your husband eats the same as you do or do you have to cook him something different?

Carrots! Thank you again. We had a veggie stir fry yesterday for lunch, but it wasn’t as interesting as yours, I love the ginger and peanut sauce idea.

I am loving your course, almost all the way through. You share so much valuable information and make it easy to understand. Great job!

I’ve been a silent follower for probably 2 years now. I am also a “Plant Based RN”. I just wanted to tell you I enjoy your content. It’s always a pleasure to watch and I always look forward to the bloopers. It’s nice to see real content and you make it easy to follow. I have adopted several of you recipes and tricks along the way. I started as a vegetarian 12 years ago and then was an unhealthy vegan years later. It wasn’t until 2021 that I truly went WFPB and mostly oil free. Coming from one nurse to another, great job on your accomplishments, keep up the great work. I’m sure you are a rock star with your pts as well. ❤

CARROTS – Do coconut aminos taste like coconuts? I use low-sodium soy sauce or tamari. Will those work instead of the aminos? I LOVE that veggie-pasta stir-fry. I make it all the time. The veggies vary, but OMG, we just love it. Oh yeah, those pancakes looked good too.

I love my carrot cake oatmeal, now I can add carrot cake pancakes. That stir fry looks yummy and thanks for the low fat peanut sauce. Carrots.
