I have never tasted oxtail, but I am going to make some one day.
The flour lady was before my time, but I feel for her every time you say. She possibly didn't mean any harm or maybe she had serious beliefs. Social media is a learning curve due to the written word vs spoken. It can be a funny or brutal lesson. Reusing the flour or not….I was raised to get fresh flour. I was never told that it was dirty. She probably should have worded her concern into a question. I pray she is well.
