    I just made your mug cake recipe least night and I accidentally used a whey/casin blend and the texture turned out s bit off. That being said I'm buying a whey protein powder and gonna try it again! The taste was on point though. I really couldn't tell much of a difference between this and regular cake

    If I hit my calories at 11 can I technically start over at 12? I feel like this is a dumb question but I find myself hitting my max cals at around 11 but start getting hungry again around 12:30.

    ingredients
    one large tortilla
    224g 94% lean beef
    18g low sodium taco seasoning
    56g fat free chedda cheese
    cook beef till brown
    add seasoning
    56g water
    add cheese
    stir
    add to tortilla
    mild salsa
    fold r up
    toss in oven 450 for 15 to 20 min
    30g queso in microwave
    656 calories
    16g fat 72g carbs 56g protein
