Love the accuracy 👌 🤣 I always weigh in grams or ounces now. Cups and spoons no bueno for me. Also, like you show many times don't trust the amount in cans of tuna or chicken & 1lb containers of ground meat – totally worth weighing it! I meal prep food like you do, soooo much easier for tracking – measure it out and have it tracked so during the busy work week just grab & eat. Love the "copy" & "recipe" option in Carb Manager. I've also had to edit some entries they have, but once you fix it it's done-zo! I get a little frustrated with some other youtubers who just throw random food on plates & then pop up macros on the screens, with not a dang scale in sight. One thing if your just wimbly-nimbly watching total carbs & in maintenance mode with no real health or weight issues, but a lot of folks watching food prep videos are trying to fix their health/bodies. 🙏🤘💜👍🤗

Hi Nicole, I've been making Oatmeal and putting blueberries, PEScience vanilla protein powder and the American Dream Blueberry Crumble Cashew Butter, I'm obsessed lol. It's so flipping good. I've almost used the whole jar of Cashew butter. So I will be placing order number 3 lol. Love American Dream
