Anyone know where I can buy fat free cheese online? I didn’t have any luck searching on Amazon or Walmart and They don’t sell fat free cheese at any grocery stores where I live

I made this and used laughing cow pepper Jack cheese instead of fat free cream cheese, the calories are about the same and it’s the best I could find at my store. And it added some extra heat to compliment G Hughes sweet and spicy. Better than Kraft! Thanks for the great recipe and tips Rem

Was really excited to try this. I followed all of the instructions but it ended up being super stringy and tangy/sour. First time trying fat free cheddar, and it does not taste good lol really wanted to like this but it tastes nothing like mac & cheese should. 😓

I’m glad I found this channel. Might have found a diet that’ll help lose the gut. Have you done anything with powdered butter? Regular butter, 100 calories a tbsp, almost all fat. Powdered butter, around 35 calories. Still mostly fat, but the fat to protein ratio is definitely better.

This recipe is actually insane. I'm a high fat traditional mac n cheese fiend, and this is just as good as the unhealthy thing.
    My personal addition is:
400g diced tomatoes in tomato juice – 100 cals
    200g lean bacon – 220 cals 21g protein
as much garlic and chilli as you want
Add all to a pot and simmer until 80% of the liquid is gone
21g of protein for 350 cals, but it adds a ton of volume turning this into a 3 meal recipe easy

Just made this… the noodles taste odd to say the least but make sure you don’t add too much salt to the water. I would definitely recommend splitting the portions into 4’s or adding chicken and spices to this for something extra. By itself it’s good but it just needs something ya know.

I would replace the chickpea pasta with whole wheat. I admit the chickpea pasta has double the amount of protein. But the chickpea pasta has a little more fat, about ten times the salt, and more calories than whole wheat pasta.

For me the vanilla flavor really shines through and I used the exact same milk as him, next time I’m definitely using regular skim cow milk. Good recipe though.
Also pro tip, add garlic, salt, and pepper to the sauce.

Only thing that's would make that better is fire roasted jalapeño. I am looking forward to trying my healthy version of that. My current one is not that healthy so my family only gets it on special occasions.
