I think a taste test between Shake Shack and In & Out should be next for Eva (blindfolded). You might want to include a McDonalds Quarter Pounder too! I’d love to see that taste test. Congrats on your film!

Fun video. Program suggestion. Maybe You and Eva prepare and cook some American classics, regional type foods. Would be fun to see your spin on something like TEX-MEX.

Hahaha! You accused her of being a typical Shake Shack customer. Too funny. And you're right.. We won't allow her back in LA. Calling an IN-N-OUT burger "just like McDonald's" is a such supreme insult. And she's wrong! It's OK, Eva, no one's perfect! 🙂 PS There are many many more amazing KBBQ spots in LA..

Okay, now I can't trust anything Eva says about taste. I even now doubt all of her opinions on Italian cuisine. If you think In-and-Out tastes like McDonald's, your opinions are clearly biased. That is the final straw. Eva, please open your mind about foods outside of your comfort zone.

Your channel is becoming one of may favorites! I believe that in California, saying anything negative about in n out is grounds for divorce. JK. Maybe you should have gotten a double double animal style instead.

Dear Eva, I grew up in San Diego but I live in Hollywood, CA. Please believe us, gray skies here in SoCal is far from common. We did have a few June Gloom days at the top of the month. But as I type this, I’m under a palm tree, on a sunny day. There are no clouds and it’s about 75*F with cool breezes. I hope you are welcomed with this weather next time you are here!

thanks for pronouncing provelone correctly. I am easily annoyed by ppl who pronounce it proveloan without the final short 'e'. If I ever hear it mispronounced, I come back to this video

I was born in Korea and adopted by a family in the US. My father's side of the family is Sicilican, Calabrian, and Neopolitan. Eva's reactions to Korean groceries were the same as my dad's when we went to Korea together, especially the dried fish. Thank you for this video! Also thank you for this channel I've been able to rediscover some family dishes that have been forgotten over time.

Having grown up in Huntington Park in the 70's, I nevered ever had tried in & out burgers…
Until 2 weeks ago here in Thornton, CO. and … it is just like a fancy Mcd's. Sorry Señor Harper, pero la Señora Eva is right on this, nice of you to let her taste the overly priced burger meal.

I never thought I would say this but, your show is wonderful. I’ve watched for a little while. I have tried some of the recipes, which never looked as good as yours, but was good tasting. I like the recipes, but now my favorite is when you go somewhere like in Italy, Harper was amazed. Then Eva gets amazed in the US. I like seeing the world through both of your eyes. Thank You so much.
