Your channel has quickly shot to the top of my favorites list. Love all the things you share. Your ideas really help my family stretch our budget especially utilizing what we already have stocked in the pantry and reduce our food waste.

I love meal and food prep and I think this is one of the best videos I've seen! You simplified EVERYTHING! I'm not sure about the oat milk, 😜 but I will definitely incorporate making homemade flour tortillas, and the croutons! Made a dozen hard boiled eggs today. Thank you! 💖🥰

I’ve been doing the freezer/pantry challenge since December 23rd. I’m giving myself $20 per week starting Feb 15 just for some fresh veg and fruit. I’m so hungry for salad!! I’m vegan so two months with no fresh stuff had been interesting

Hi girl… You have such a lovely channel… been bingewatching all through the pantry challenge. So I was super surprised to see that you used butter in the tortillas. Wow, gotta say never heard of that. Traditionally of course its lard but I really rarely use it myself. I have used oil and bacon grease and even tallow. But they do look pretty sweet. It may not hurt to try the other route just to see if they dont loosen up their glutens more and stop shrinking during the cooking process. And I have that same press and you can get the rust off super easy by soaking in vinegar. The oat pulp leftover can be dehydrated and blended into a powder and used as oat flour. I have done it many times… as well as leftover almond milk pulp and coconut milk pulp. Try it you will have "free" flours for your breads. 🙂 Or you can blend it into smoothies as is or into pancake batter muffin batter etc. Make fritters or use on top of a crumble. Trashman gets enough of everyones waste. And oats are so healthy. Ive mixed it into homemade pet food even. So love that yer hubbs was a pantry challenge rebel. LOL Mine actually brought me eggs as well. I was shocked but he was given them by a friend who works at a farm. Keep up the good work. Namaste 😉

I just made the oat milk yesterday for the first time! I didn’t have maple syrup so I used honey, worked well still! It was so simple and came out perfect! I actually included it in my next video for my channel, going to give you a shoutout since you gave me the idea!! Thanks for sharing! ♥️
