    About Kulcha or Bhatura dough, we would like to know that oce the dough is ready, can we we rezt It foe about 12-18 hours ?

    I mean if we kneed the day around 7 in the evening and if we can make Kulcha or Bhatura for lunch next day ?

    Hi Sanjyot I like your recipes a lot I'm a big fan of your recipes. But when you trun tawa and cooker upside down on gas flame it's not good and healthier. That direct flame leads to cancer if we cool food open to that flame. Pls let us know any other way where we can try out roasting without using LPG gas directly on food
