You guys should try to go on a food trip in Escolta, which is also a nice place to walk around and appreciate the architectural heritage (the historic First United Building has cafes, stores, and bars in it)! For transport, you can go to or from there via the Pasig river ferry, which sails the river passing Makati and Escolta ferry stations. Just an idea for a nice day trip out! 🙂

Actually, I guess the other foods eaten on a more latter part would taste slightly different because you had lots of taste already 🤔 just a bit of a guess.
If you want a quick ride to Baguio, get the option to pass thru TPLEX. You can get to Baguio if non stop in 4 hours. Check Victory Liner along Edsa. There is Microtel Hotel in Baguio next to its terminal. But if you want a fancier accommodation you can opt for Forest Lodge, Manor Hotel and for Hotel Elizabeth near Mines View Park and Wright Park.
Guys have you tried La Fiesta buffet in MOA, it's really good Filipino food. 😊
