    It looks too sour . The sinigang mix is enough to make it sour. The tomatoes are big so 3 🍅 are enough. Also , you cut the pork into chunks. I think you forgot to add a little bit of salt.We don’t use bokchoy but onchoy if available, if not just use spinach. We also use string beans, okra and taro.
