Our family has done appetizers for dinner on New Years Eve for most of 44 years! These look like a fabulous addition and my first air fryer arrives Monday! I’m also going to do bacon knots and some other ideas.

I tried the pork belly bites…. thank you. Now I am looking into getting a local supplier of pork belly so I don't have to order it. But I DID order some bars from your sponsor. I hope they are as good as the reviews suggest. Love the videos. thanks for sharing!

If you put carb free sugar substitute in your mix of seasonings for the pork belly you won't have to use the maple syrup The bottle might say it's sugar-free but there's five carbs per tablespoon or make your own with a little bit of butter and carb-free sugar substitute

    Hey
I donot eat pork due to religious reasons. What can I use instead of crushed pork rinds? I really enjoy your videos. I am new to the whole keto diet and you have helped me navigate through my journey.

We can’t go to parties right now or host parties because of Covid but these are great ideas for when we do get to go to parties again. One of our teachers used to have a party for all of the teachers and staff but not this year. I’ll keep these in mind for next year.
