Hello Ivo, I made this gluten free masterpiece over the weekend. I can't tell you how wonderful it was to bite into homemade bread and not feel guilty…. My heart and my tummy were HAPPY!! Thank you!!! Thank you. Thank you. One question. My bread was a little dense, I'm thinking I should have let it rise the 4 hours. I was so excited, I only let it rise 3 hours. lol And someone mentioned pushing down the dough while it rises? Any thoughts on that? Thanks Ivo for changing my life for the good. I will be sure to make this again..<3

I am about to try and proof it in 2h. I have somwhere to be and really want a slice of fresh bread, before I go! I’m going to put the dough to proof in a warm oven and see what happens!

All was going well until the broil stage. 3 minutes in and it was completely black on top and smoking like crazy. Burned to a glistening crisp. Seemed like it was maybe the olive oil. I've got one more shot at this, hoping not to screw it up this time, as it's for a valentine's gift! 🙂

I will definitely try this out, thank you for the video! I have only made Jim Lahey's no knead bread with regular flour and then put it in the dutch over. Yet my family actually shouldn't be eating gluten at all so I am up for the challenge. I am curious though, is it possible to do a similar 18hr ferment time with less yeast as you would for a no knead bread? Thanks so much!

Recipe looks good. However the cheapest bag of flour I could find was £8 from amazon. Expensive bread!. If anyone knows where to get that flour cheaper please let me know. 😊

I use a round Pyrex casserole, it works perfectly well, i do have a cast iron pot but it got too heavy for me as I’ve got older, you can also try proving in casserole lined with baking paper, and when ready put strait into oven, if you are going to use scissors snip into top about a centimetre several times, you still need lid on same temperature I hope this helps for this lovely recipe!

Great recipe, but this flour is EXPENSIVE. It costs almost $30 Canadian, so that loaf of bread will cost you $15 to make 😞. It's great for a treat but unfortunately, companies are gouging people who have gluten allergies, which is criminal 😕

Clickbait pack of lies. I have tried for years to make gluten free bread. I just tried to make another one, two years after trying time and time again for years.
THIS CANNOT BE DONE AT HOME. These so-called chefs are using ordinary wheat flour. It's a scam.
The only time gluten-free flour works is when making flat pancakes.

Your bread look delicious. Thank you for sharing your recipe. I can’t wait to make it. I will need to use a different type of flour as I just found out that I’m allergic to wheat. Can you use almond flour instead?

Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe. I’ve been missing a proper bread for the last 2 years. This flour smells so beautiful, I’ve never seen anything like this. I’m about to stock up!

Caputo Fioreglut is expensive. It’s $15 a bag, and since he used the entire bag in the recipe, it means it costs you $15 to make that small loaf. That’s ridiculously expensive if you make it a few times a week.

I was disappointed by this video. It seems like an advertisement for this type of gluten free flour that is made from wheat products. I can not afford $17.50 for 2 lbs of gluten free flour that is made from wheat based ingredients. Definite thumbs down.

This is for people on a fad diet.
And yes they are all morons. Alot of people actually have celiacs and can't really touch it.

Cause guess what?!!! If you're just on a damn diet ot doesn't matter. Gluten free was made for people with allergies not to be made into some millennial fad.
