Instead of using boiled potatoes, why can't we roast the potatoes directly on the flame. I think it will taste better…..
I make a similar sabji for making toast sandwiches. With roti for lunch and inside bread toasted in evening with ketchup, green coriander chutney and mayo. I usually add tomato puree instead of cut tomatoes but any way it is always yummmm 😋😋😋😋
Kachhi pavbhaji jo lari pe ready banake rakhte hai? 🙂 Jab order ata hai to ye raw material firse masala karke tel me ya butter me banake dete hai. Ye mera view hai please ise seriously mat lijiye 😉 lekin idea bakwas hai. Authentic potato mash ka idian version sahi nahi lagta khane me.
