    I tried this recipe. Adding matar at the end left matar uncooked with 6 min of low flame heat. I suggest to add matar when you open the lid after 4 min at low flame.

    ALOO MATAR GAJAR SABZI
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 cup peas
    500 grams peeled chopped carrots

    1. Heat 2-3 tbsp oil on high.
    2. add 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1/2 tsp mustard seeds. 1/4 tsp each fenugreek seeds and heeng. 1 tsp ginger paste. Saute for 1 minute.
    3. Add 3/4 tsp turmeric. Add the sliced potatoes. Mix well and saute 3-4 minutes.
    4. Then add carrots and 1.5 tsp each salt and coriander. Add 1 tsp rcp.
    5. Mix well. Lower heat. Cover with lid. Cook for 5 minutes.
    6. Then add frozen green peas. Mix well/Lower heat/cover/cook 6 minutes.
    7.Add 1 tsp amchur and 1/2 tsp garam masala. Handful chopped cilantro.
