Both I and mom, being teachers, tend to have a hectic work life as we work from morning to night. As last night we were chasing separate deadlines and I realised that it was 9:30 PM and dinner was yet to be prepared. I immediately got ready for the task and straightway typed "Kabita's kitchen biryani". Since I'm quite familiar with your recipe, I knew that I wanted to prepare this aalu one (my 2nd attempt). I doubled the recipe, 3 whistles. Quick enough we had perfectly cooked rice and a tasty dinner. Time, effort and mood were saved.
