I love Kim Son and use to frequent this place a lot sometimes up to 2 times a week. I'm glad I live near the Houston area. I haven't gone to Kim Son in over 5 years but from your review it still looks good. I was also stationed in Camp Walker in Daegu, Korea in 1989 for six months and loved to walk out of town to eat at all the awesome Korean food restaurants that the city had to offer.

If you want to rank BBQ in TX you really need to go try Cooper's BBQ in Llano TX (about 1.5hrs west of Austin) it's been on several food channel episodes for good reason.
