Hello Joel and Kayla!! I really enjoyed the video, and it has intrigued me to want to try a hot pot. I think I would prefer everything in the spicy broth. How do you know if it's been in there long enough? Not a fan of any raw meat, so I think I would be sitting there for 30 mins to make sure it was cooked well, lol. Ty, great video!!
