Chili is awesome when the weather gets cold. It's even good in the summer time. But there's something about being out in the cold and damp, then coming into the warmth and having a heaping bowl of chili,
What is more mild than a Hatch chili? bell pepper? dice and add 3 jalapenos and 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper.
